The front of High Tipalt.
The simple exterior belies the space inside. Through the heavy pitch pine door is a stone flagged entrance hall. The washing machine and boiler are in cupboards in the hall. To the right there is a double bedroom with a king size bed. the en-suite bathroom has a large double ended bath.
A short passage way from the hall leads to two more rooms. One has twin beds that can be made into a super king size bed on request. The other has twin beds and an extra bed. Each of these rooms has a bathroom reached by means of a staircase with gallery. The extra bed is on the gallery. All the rooms can take an extra truckle or Z bed.
The main living area is some 19' x 19' (nearly 6m x 6m) with a large open fire, a refectory table capable of seating at least twelve, a stone flagged floor and two sets of french doors providing spectacular views. there is a seating area with tables and chairs in the Summer. There is a television, dvd/cd player and video recorder. The room extends high into the pitch and there is a massive timber ‘A' frame together with other exposed timbers.
The kitchen is off this room and is fully equipped including a gas range cooker and large fridge/freezer.
