The prices are inclusive of linen, towels, all fuels including coal and logs, use of the swimming pool and games room.

Normal bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Variations may be possible, please ask.
Booking: 25% deposit with booking would be appreciated with the balance five weeks prior to arrival. The price paid covers occupation by the same number of people as the number of standard beds available.
Cheques to be made payable to Mrs S M Saunders. Visa, mastercard and most others are accepted.

Short breaks are available but may not apply in peak periods. A short break consists of 3 nights (arrival 4pm departure 10am) or 2 whole days (arrival evening before, departure evening of second day).
Longer times can be arranged with the price adjusted accordingly.

Swimming pool. At times during the winter the pool will be out of use while we carry out maintenance. Please check with us for details.

Deposits and payments are non refundable so Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended.

Dogs. If you are thinking of bringing a pet please discuss this with us beforehand. Please be aware of the proximity of sheep, hens and ground nesting birds especially in early summer. However we do not require that well behaved dogs are kept on a lead on walks, it is their holiday as much as yours and we have acres of land for them to run off their energy!

It would be appreciated if No Smoking could be observed in the cottages.
