Geocaching is a game I have just come across using gps and the internet.
It is like a treasure hunt and is ideal to have a reason to drag the children on a walk.
You have to register with the geocaching website which is free and then you look for a 'cache' and the gps coordinates.
We have just discovered a cache very near us (within walking distance) and there are plenty more in our area.
The one near us is called 'Freaky Trees and the Rocket'.
The cache has 'treasure' in it and the policy is if you take something then you must leave something.
