PET FRIENDLY WITH DOGS WELCOME

Scotchcoulthard is an ideal place to bring your dogs as we aim to be pet friendly by not restricting numbers and not charging extra. The dogs can be walked straight out the door and as long as they are under control there are many areas where they can have a good run. Our own pets are friendly and our dogs will be sure to welcome you.

In this room there is a large selection of jigsaws, some DVD's to borrow and a large choice of books. There is also a piano with a selection of music.

The games room has a 3/4 size snooker table with snooker, pool, billiards balls and cues provided. It is for the use of adults and children only when supervised by adults.

As we are situated within our own land it is ideal for children to bring a tent and camp out. The older they are the further from the cottages they can venture. Please ask if you would like this opportunity.

There are a few woods on our land with fallen trees that are ideal for climbing on. The two streams running across the land are the High Tipalt and The Hope Sike. They are exciting for children to play in or for adults to take a walk in!

We have had the Marine Reserves staying with us for overnight survival training on occasion and they have made quite a few hidden camps in one of our more dense woods.
