High Tipalt is a large three bedroom cottage with all rooms en-suite. There is a small truckle bed which would sleep a child 6 years and under. It is often referred to as the 'Harry Potter' bed as it is under the stairs! If an extra bed is required there is also a z-bed available.
On entering the cottage, there is a stone floor hallway with pine dresser and the master bedroom to the right and a short corridor with the other two bedrooms situated on either side.
The large living area has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams. There are leather couches and chairs set around a large wood burning stove.
The dining table will accommodate up to twelve with spare crockery in the pine dresser to cater for larger numbers.
Bedroom 1 - The Master Bedroom.
The master room has a wooden kingsize bed with matching bedside tables. There are full length wardrobes with hanging rails and shelves. The bathroom has a walk in shower.
This bedroom has, as the default, a super king-size bed. It can be split into twin beds upon request. There is a staircase leading up to a balcony with a bathroom off it.
This bedroom sleeps up to four with twin beds and a truckle bed under the stairs. There is a staircase leading up to a balcony, with a single bed, and then into the bathroom .

As the next few weeks are still uncertain, we have made the decision that the final balance of a holiday does not need to be paid until the week before travel.
This will enable the booking to be cancelled at short notice should any tavel restrictioins be brought in.
Please be aware that we do have elderly, vulnerable relatives living here so, if you think there is any risk please get in touch to discuss any issues.
Susan's mobile is 078 2454 3613 as the landline has been undergoing a series of faults since November.
