For High Tipalt as a one bedroomed cottage add to Hope Sike’s price: Week @ £130, short break @ £60                                  

For High Tipalt  as a two bedroomed cottage:                                             

£100 reduction on week price or £30 on weekend.               

The prices are inclusive of linen, towels, all fuels including coal and logs, cleaning essentials.

If Hope Sike cottage is not availble please contact us as another cottage may be offered at a discounted rate.

Normal bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Variations may be possible, please ask.

Booking: 25% deposit with booking would be appreciated with the balance four weeks prior to arrival. However If the booking is six weeks or less before the arrival date the full amount should be paid.

The price paid covers occupation by the same number of people as the number of standard beds available.Cheques to be made payable to Scotchcoulthard. Visa, Mastercard and most others are accepted. A link to pay by card can be sent to you as we no longer have a card machine so, cannot take payments over the phone. Direct payments can also be made with bank details on the booking form which can be emailed to you.

Paypal is accepted but please add 4.5% for charges or choose the 'gift' option.

Short breaks: Off peak is from January to Easter and then November to Christmas. All other times are classed as peak. In school holidays short breaks are not offered in the large cottages unless, as a last minute break.

A weekend break is Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Deposits and payments are non refundable so Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended. A cottage will be shown as available for booking until the deposit has been paid.

Dogs Welcome. If you are thinking of bringing a pet please discuss this with us beforehand. Please be aware of the proximity of sheep and ground nesting birds especially in early summer. However we do not require that well behaved dogs are kept on a lead on walks, it is their holiday as much as yours and we have acres of land for them to run off their energy!
